Plasma disc in action!


WIP on my steampunk costume. The whole left side (left for viewer, right side for me) will be covered in leather parts with a steampunk theme.

It is made of vegetable tan leather (think it's 2,5 mm thick), then dyed with Fiebing's oil dye. It is laid with copper plate and of course the usual gears and wire.
In the middle I added a plasma disc which gives a great effect when it's on.
The straps and the belt make sure the leg part doesn't slip from my leg. It's covered under a skirt so nobody needs to know
Also added a hourglass which can be turned over. I wanted to add wire to that too, but then it would be fixed instead of moveable.

Next up is the lower leg part!
